Brian Ford | Co-Founder, CEO

Brian has over 20 years of Management and Sales experience, and is a 15 year veteran of the 3D printing and custom manufacturing industry. As CEO, Brian is responsible for setting the tone and vision for the organization, leading the development and execution of long term strategy, and communicating on behalf of the Company to shareholders, employees, and the public.

Brian possesses versatile skills and experience in leadership, marketing, sales, and business systems, and believes the best leaders are those that make everyone around them better. Brian is a big proponent of people, processes, and technology, and credits past experiences for teaching him the core values of always serving the customer, being disciplined in everything you do, and continuously improving.

Brian has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia, USA.

Mallikarjun Huralikoppi | Founder, President

Mallikarjun serves as the Founder and President of PrintForm. Mallikarjun is responsible for balancing growth and stability through acquisitions, partnerships and strategic alliances. Mallikarjun focuses on long-term and strategic needs for building PrintForm into an organization that provides efficient global delivery capabilities. He has been a Serial Entrepreneur for the last 17 years, and has built successful businesses ranging from Manufacturing to IT Services to a Business School and now 3D Printing.

Mallikarjun holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from SDM College of Engineering, Karnataka, India and has also attended the Professional Education Short Programs – Additive Manufacturing at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), U.S.A.

Bill Artley | VP of Operations, North America

Bill serves as the Vice President of Operations for North America, bringing nearly a decade of experience in leadership roles in the custom manufacturing industry preceded by 10 years of customer focused sales and project management experience. In his current role, he leads PrintForm’s Project Management, Sales and Production teams around the US & Asia and is tasked with ensuring that PrintForm’s customers receive the parts they ordered on time, within budget, and with fanatical customer support throughout.

He started with PrintForm as Director of Sales and quickly took on additional responsibilities in other areas of the business including project management, finance and facility auditing. He was named VP of Operations, North America in 2017 just a few months after joining. 

Bill’s entrance to the industry came when joining the team at the gold standard of custom part procurement at the time, Atlanta Based Quickparts (since acquired, now a division of 3D Printer Manufacturer 3D Systems), initially as a Low Volume Sales Manager.  Eventually he moved into new roles with increasing responsibility and more comprehensive product line involvement. In his final year with 3D Systems, Bill transitioned to 3DS corporate reporting to the office of CEO Avi Reichental as the company’s Director of Global Business Development. This role involved high level enterprise consulting and collaboration among the 5 main business units that 3D Systems offered (Machines, Parts, Software, Hardware & Healthcare). 

He holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of West Georgia and a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from Mercer University in Atlanta with concentrations in International Business and Health Systems Management.

Tijana Lehtikoski | SVP of Marketing

Tijana is a results-driven Marketing Executive with over 15 years of high-impact integrated Marketing, Digital Marketing and Branding strategy management expertise, with exceptional relationship building skills to achieve and exceed goals. She has a proven track record of identifying emerging trends to drive sales across many industries, including high-tech and manufacturing.

Her notable achievements are in pioneering Digital Marketing and Branding across the range of business lines, leveraging a deep understanding of key business drivers and strategies to provide valuable insights and analyses instrumental to strategic-level decision making.

Tijana is innovative – she has developed successful marketing programs from conception to implementation, resulting in retention of current customers and acquisition of a new customer base to drive sales.

She is very passionate about purposefully working for our customers, building strong relationships, mentoring and motivating teams to support our customers in their success, and profitable company growth.

Tijana holds a MSc. in Biochemical Engineering from University of Belgrade, Serbia, and she took postgraduate studies in Pulp and Paper Technology at Helsinki University of Technology (now Aalto University) where she completed a one-year certificate program of Master level courses (Linkage program). Tijana also attended the Business Marketing Strategy Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School and Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Santosh Huralikoppi | Co-Founder, CFO

Santosh is a Co-founder, Advisory Board Member of PrintForm. Santosh has been a serial entrepreneur for over 18 years. Santosh is the Co-founder and CEO of N S Infotech Limited, an information technology products and services firm. The company has a marketing office in Atlanta, GA and operations in Bangalore and Hubli, India. Santosh founded Global Education Network Private Limited, an Education ERP solution company, in which IBM put seed money. The company was sold in 2007.

Further Santosh was the Founder of Global Business School, a MBA college affiliated with Karnataka University, Dharwad and is accredited by AICTE, Delhi. Santosh is Director of ACS Infratech Private Limited, an infrastructure company specializing in Industrial, Parks and Township Development in Karnataka and Maharashtra. Santosh has global exposure and experience and lived in the US for over 5 years, during which he formed many strategic alliances with large corporations. He is the Chief Mentor of FUEL NGO, which is working in the areas of counseling, educating and guiding students in the 7th to 12th grade on career opportunities. Currently FUEL has counseled over 900,000 students and has goal to reach 10,000,000 students.

Santosh is the founding President of TiE – Hubli Chapter (The Indus Entrepreneur). Santosh is a branch committee member of Indo American Chamber of Commerce, Bangalore.

Santosh is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Surathkal, Karnataka. Santosh has completed a Masters in Management from McGill University, Montreal, Canada and a Diploma in Management from INSEAD, France jointly with IIM-Bangalore. Santosh has attended the Global Advanced Management Program at Wharton Business School, Philadelphia, PA. Santosh is a Dr. D C Pavate Fellow to Judge Business School, Cambridge, UK in 2014.
